Where did you come from again?

I’m having visits to my site, that is, people clicking on links to my blog to get to my blog from places like Microsoft Technet, PC Utilities, PC Magazine and PC Advisor. I have commented on PCMag.com and PCadvisor.co.uk but Microsoft Technet? PC Utilities? You can’t comment on those websites. So, how are they directing traffic to my website?
